Grenada National Training Agency (GNTA)

Development of a strategic communications and action plan for the National Training Agency (GNTA) in Grenada. The GNTA has responsibility for overseeing, designing, monitoring, promoting and establishing Technical and Vocational Education Training Needs (TVET) to meet Grenada’s skills development needs.

Marketing Consultant
 

Le Phare Bleu Boutique Hotel and Marina

Strategic planning, marketing and event management support for Le Phare Bleu Boutique Hotel and Marina. A privately owned eco-conscious Boutique Hotel and Marina which includes a fine dining restaurant and floating, live music entertainment venue.

Communication Specialist

Legal Aid and Counselling Clinic, LACC 

In this project our focus was to add value to and extend reach of communication efforts of advocacy and public education through extensive community outreach by complementing with new media inclusions. This included the development of social media presence, production of video messaging on VAW and production of documentary on the project. LACC offers a wide range of services, including legal representation, public education, advocacy, legal research and counselling.

Event Coordination + Marketing & PR

Pure Grenada Music Festival

In our role as Festival Coordinator for this 4 day, 5 venue music festival WAVES ran the entire gamut of the PR and Marketing function – strategic planning and overview, creation and distribution of press releases, media planning, development and distribution of marketing collateral, social media management, stakeholder engagement (locally, regionally and internationally) and event planning and management. 

Communication Strategist
 

Constitution Reform Advisory Committee

Development of Communication and Crisis Plan for Grenada Constitution Reform Advisory Committee. The body established to review previous recommendations, undertake stakeholder consultations, propose final reforms for consideration to Cabinet and Parliament and support civic education outreach for the constitution reform initiative in Grenada.

Event Management
 

Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association

WAVES was responsible for ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through general quality and delivery of the event in all areas from venue selection to entertainment to sponsorship and exhibition packages, marketing and information accessibility. 

PR & Media Education
 

T.A. Marryshow Community College

Training provided in subject areas of Media Studies and Journalism with Adult and Continuing Education Department.

Public Relations & Communication Specialist
 

RJ Burnside

Local resource providing logistical support to team also responsible for all elements of consultation, public relations and communications as required for the project: Water Supply Master Plan for Carriacou & Petite Martinique
